What is Mac Lotto?

Florida lottery simulation for 1980's early 8mhz Macs.  It draws numbers in a lottery style fashion.  It also offers a lottery ticket number validation to tell you if you won by asking you your ticket numbers and the winning numbers and then comparing them together.
